THANKS TO EVIL TOAST ON FreeBSDhelp on EFNET,
I found the problem

In my /etc/exports,
I have /usr/mount/350gb/
it's supposed to be /usr/mount/350gb (without the slash!!!) !!!

OMG this is so unbelievable
