Minimum requirements:
- A computer.
- Electricity.
- An operating system.
- A webserver application.
- An Internet connection.
The operating system and the webserver application might be free. The rest will usually have costs associated with them.
Recommended options:
- A domain name.
- An internet service provider that does not block port 80.
It is possible to obtain a domain name for free. It is also possible to obtain one, and associated software, that will allow a dynamic IP address to retain the domain name as the address changes.
Suggested options:
- A static IP address.
- A purpose.
