AFAIK, you cannot access the iSCSI target directly. However, you can use an iSCSI initiator on the FreeBSD box to mount it via iSCSI over the loopback connector.

If you used a file as the backing store for the target, then you can copy that file around as a backup. Just be sure that the Windows machine is not running while you do so. Preferably, stop the iscsi target process as well.
