I believe what you want is highlighted below in your dmesg(8) output:
Quote:
Code:
...
bios0 at mainbus0: AT/286+ BIOS, date 05/24/11, SMBIOS rev. 2.5 @ 0x7ee98000 (24 entries)
bios0: vendor Intel Corp. version "MWPNT10N.86A.0083.2011.0524.1600" date 05/24/2011
bios0: Intel Corporation D425KT
...
Googling for "intel d425kt" reveals the following:

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/...rd-d425kt.html

The BIOS is "MWPNT10N.86A" dated May 2011 which leads to the following found through Google:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Det...&DwnldID=19519

Some of the same information can be found with the command:

$ sysctl hw

...but you will find lots more system information simply by issuing:

$ sysctl

Studying the sysctl(8) manpage may also be in order. What specifically are you looking for?
