I was exactly in your position, so I can give you the advice that everyone here gives:
read the faq. And if it's not on faq, it's in the man pages. Don't get me wrong, I'm still a noob in many things around OpenBSD, but that's the best advice anyone can give you.
Learn to use man and apropos, and you're set. You don't even need to search online. OpenBSD has the best man pages. Everything is there.
