Default browser binary packages: very large or missing

Here is a quick survey of binary packages for the two full-featured browsers I use, for my three favourite operating systems:

Code:
NetBSD/i386
-----------

2013Q2
        firefox 22.0 42 MB

        seamonkey missing

2013Q1
        firefox 19.0.2 28 MB
        xulrunner-19.0.2nb1 36 MB

        seamonkey 2.16.nb1 45 MB

OpenBSD/i386
------------

        firefox-18.0.2p0 22 MB

        seamonkey-2.15.2 27 MB

Linux/i386
----------

        firefox-23.0.1 25 MB

        seamonkey-2.20 27 MB
Questions:

1) Why is there no binary package for seamonkey in the latest NetBSD pkgsrc ?

2) The latest NetBSD binary packages available for both these browsers are just huge compared to both OpenBSD and Linux. If one were to go back a little further in the versions available, the gap would not be that big. What happened?

Thanks for any insights.
