Put nbsd.km.net into /etc/myname.
Tried to bring it up with /etc/network start

Waiting for DAD completion for statically configured addresses...
still no joy.
edit: Rebooted just in case it made any difference - but still no network with/in ifconfig
edit2: Will check back in the morning.
