Take the cover off you computer & check that the plug is secure in the USB port of your motherboard, & it may help if you unplug & replug it a couple of times, to clean the contacts.

I am afraid that the hardware is fine. They are alive right after reboot, but that doesn't last...
Only the ports behind are fine after one resurrection.
That is not a big issue since this PC is suppose to not shutdown, but still, I want to know...
