Well, maybe this system is putting a greater demand on your CPU ... Some (comparable) hard drives take up a lot more power than others, it depends on model/brand...

In any case, your PSU does seem to be the issue ... I personally always recommend Sea Sonic as a good quality PSU brand, but I guess there are others too, not sure which though...
