Not really; if you look at the output it only shows pci bus configuration.

Perhaps SMART data from the drive electronics might indicate if there have been any communications problems; this may indicate if you have cable or device connection problems.

You may be able to use atactl to obtain SMART data; I prefer the smartmontools package. After installing it, you may review the output from:

# smartctl -a /dev/wd0c
