Ups, i have forgotten to update my discussion thread. I have found a solution, this was my fault using the wrong function to copy manually some files. But now with enabled pkg_developer option Pkgsrc reporting more issues with permissions(set excutable bits) in some header files which were copied by Pkgsrc. I believe it was in the mosquitto package.
