It's not "the content you give Google", but "you give Google the license". Think a comma before "you give Google". They seem to mean 'anything that passes through this browser'.

For example, anything you type into the location/search box gets sent to Google (for 'suggestion completion'). Who knows what else is in store when it comes to passing on information on what passes through the browser process(es).
