Ok, simple thing how to fix for sure is:
chmod uog+rxs /usr/local/libexec/xfsm-shutdown-helper
Now it that won't work i have another way, that will involve /sbin/shutdonw (basically the same thing, but you'll need to edit menu, and add shutdown)
