It varies. Each mirror operator set their own policies by service.
The AnonCVS mirrors range from 1-4 hours between updates. CVSync servers vary 1-3 hours.
The other mirror services: FTP, HTTP, rsync,and AFS -- do not publish their update schedule at the Project website. Each of the server operators *may* publish this on their servers, or they may publish contact information where you may ask.
