Recently yes, but I did not had enought time to get more deep into it, generally its like comparing Solaris to FreeBSD, diffrent tools, diffrent approach but standart tools like df/ps/vmstat are there. For example, we have top at FreeBSD, prstat on Solaris and topas on AIX.

But first feelings are that its more similar to Solaris then to BSDs.
