Default Recommendations for 6.1 compatible Hardware

I'm looking at upgrading my older Athlon64/DDR2/ATIHD2400 based system with a primary focus of an OpenBSD desktop. I don't game but I do utilize Stellarium which does need accelerated graphics. I'm mainly looking to get SATA III, USB 3.0, DDR3 1600, supported graphics and low heat/minimal fans.

I am looking for feedback on several factors:

1) Video - Options:
A) Intel Haswell/Broadwell w/ Intel HD video
B) Either Intel or AMD cpu w/ separate AMD fanless PCIe graphics card
C) There is an AMD FM2 cpu with HD7540D video and it is presently on sale:
My understanding is that this is the only currently supported AMD cpu+gpu.

Comments on the above options?

I have not needed to set up UEFI and understand that some UEFI bios are more friendly to OpenBSD than others. Any that should be specifically avoided?
