Arch Linux for my amd64 work station. It is amazingly stable for a rolling release. Mozilla Firefox security updates usually show up within several days of their release. Frequent updates could be a potential problem but in practice problems are rare and minor. Overall maybe 3-4 problems with updates per year and maybe only one per year that needs more than another update to fix. It is also great to see what is happening with Open Source development. For those that need greater stability, an LTS kernel is available

I have some older Via C3 CPU based systems and use Slackware (i486) and keep at least one OpenBSD system to have something different and to backup the Arch system.
