It's in /usr/ports/multimedia/gstreamer
GStreamer has a plugin based design I think so most anything useful that it can do is probably in a gstreamer-plugin-something in the audio, graphics, or multimedia categories of /usr/ports.
If you can find what part of gstreamer it needs you can probably install the needed gstreamer-plugin-* ports.

tutorial for windows so it might be a valid option.
