The MBR partition table you posted looks damaged.
1) Post the output of "# fdisk sd0"
2) Post the output of "# cat /grub/device.map"
3) Post the output of "$ dmesg"
Please use [code] and [/code] around each, to make them readable.
One should not attempt multibooting without a good backup!
