It's the same keyboard as on the thinkpad laptops, it's actually quite good. lightweight and thin doesn't necessarily have to spell out cheap crap.
I also like the trackpoint ...
But yeah, it's certainly very different from the model M "click" experience. I have one of those at work by the way and it's pretty good too.
In the end, I would say a keyboard (such as) the thinkpad keyboard is more efficient though, because you don't have to press down as hard or far ... And I guess your coworkers will also like you more
