Packages are third party applications that are
not included with OpenBSD, but have been ported to OpenBSD.
If you are using the built-in ntpd, the daemon is running /usr/sbin/ntpd. If you are using the third party net/ntp package, the daemon is running /usr/
local/sbin/ntpd.
Which are you using?
