No. If you installed from install44.iso from one of the mirrors or purchased an official CD set, you have installed OpenBSD 4.4-release. To upgrade to 4.4-current, you will need to install a snapshot which is the simplest path. For more information, study Section 5.3.2 of the FAQ:
