The radeon driver works with my HD4650 card in OpenBSD 5.1. The results are not as good as the proprietary driver in Linux but video playback works well. If I route a video to my TV via HDMI, the resolution is lower than I would like it but that works also. The only big thing missing is that I cannot use the video card as my sound card for the TV at this point. I will work on that as my knowledge of OpenBSD improves.
