I've added in pf.conf these two line:

nat on $int_if from $dmz_if:network to any -> ($int_if)
nat on $dmz_if from $int_if:network to any -> ($dmz_if)
Now pings work?! o_0
I need all the other line I set?!
Well...how for dmz?! I need to leave all subnet 192.168.1.0 with open ports...
