To Pjoter,

I'am very glad to tell you that, this problem has benn solved now.
Yesterday , I had get all the packages(2009Q3) from ftp.netbsd.org, then reinstalled my system(NetBSD/amd64 version).
NOTE:At selecting packages page , I choosed FULL install.

After reboot my NetBSD system,
1) I installed gnome from the packages:
#pkg_add gnome
(dependence is solved by pkgsrc system)
(dbus/hal/famd/gdm is copied to /etc/rc.d/ and configed at /etc/rc.conf)

2) I installed all the gstreamer-plugins*
As you said, I run gstreamer-properties and set everything to pulseadio.

3) Copy pulse config files to /etc
# cp -R /usr/pkg/etc/pulse/ /etc/

4) Modify the default config file
#load-module module-hal-detect
==>
load-module module-hal-detect tsched=0
NOTE:I searched this by Google.

5) Add user to pulse groups
#usermod -G pulse userLoginName
#usermod -G pulseacc userLoginName
#usermod -G pulsert userLoginName

6) Reboot the system. When startup , I played mp3 file with Totem Movie Player 2.26.3. Every thing is ok.

I am very very very grateful for your help!

Best wished!
