@c0mrade: Sorry, I forgot it's Linux. I should have said netstat -ltn. But at this point we know your httpd is listening for requests, because it's trying to serve up pages as shown in your logs.
There is a lot of noise in your logs from outside users. Could you browse from a workstation and try to open a couple web pages that should be there? (Then post just those entries - with your workstation's IP address - from your logs.)
