The
growfs(8) manual is pretty clear about this, from the looks of your setup.. /usr is on the last partition, if no other partition exists directly after gm0f physically.. then all you have to do is modify the label, expand f, and run growfs gm0f.
Please post the output of
bsdlabel(8) for gm0.
