Have you seen and followed the instructions in http://netbsd.org/docs/guide/en/netbsd.html#chap-linux ?
BTW I have to admit that I never install the flash-plugin on any of my BSD machines. In the 10 years that I use BSD, I have seen too many people struggling with flash. If there really is something I want to see I boot into Linux
