Actually, that might be an Eclipse issue. Eclipse has issues with certain versions of Java. I know it works fine with jdk16 on FreeBSD, but I use NetBeans because I like it better. Your best bet is to try with jdk16. By the way, I had a similar error on Gentoo Linux three or four months ago, and I couldn't fix it. The Eclipse irc folks just said to try different versions of jdk, which didn't help either.
