I'll try ahci and run the benchmark again, see if it matters.
I also got a SSD for my laptop, a OCZ Onyx II 32GB.
Actually the cheapest SSD, but it's fairly fast and 32GB should be enough.
IIRC I payed about 70 euro for it. So that's not bad.
