I'm waiting to run OpenBSD on my Thinkpad X201.
Currently everything seems to run smoothly with it but I get some flickering / blanking in X occasionally which seems to start on video playback.
After that gets resolved I plan to replace my current Linux installation with OpenBSD.
I'm pretty impressed how quickly the X201 was supported by OpenBSD.
