I am guessing, but I believe you likely have a DNS configuration problem. Your dhcpd.conf tells your LAN to use 10.255.255.1 for name resolution. Do you have a DNS server on this platform? For OpenBSD 5.4, you have a choice of BIND or NSD -- see
named(8) and
nsd(8), and net/unbound is available as a package. Unbound will be part of the base OS for 5.6 in November.
If you prefer, you could change your dhcpd.conf to provide your ISP's nameservers, or other publicly available nameservers, and not run a local DNS service yourself.
