I just got a new
Sony DSC-T700 digital camera. The interesting thing about this camera is the internal 4GB memory it has, so I wasn't sure how it would work with FreeBSD. Fortunately, it works nicely with FreeBSD 7.1. I just plugged it into my USB port and KDE 4.2 picked it up through HAL. My mother has an older Sony that worked well with FreeBSD also, which is why I took a chance on this one. This is replacing my 10 year old Sony Mavica MVC-FD81 which has no less than a floppy disk interface. I love it when things work.
