I think this server is overloaded.
I can connect to
https://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/, but I can't see the full packages list, the connection breaks up before the end.
I can see the scummvm package, nothing more
I can connect to
https://ftp.fr.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/ AND see the full packages list !
