If these five file sets have been chosen
(along with a mininum of bsd, base43.tgz, etc43.tgz...), then yes, Xenocara will be installed on your system.
Note, you will

Although XFree86 still is present in the CVS tree, the build instructions found in Section 5 of the FAQ only gives details on how to build Xenocara. Likewise, Section 5.3.3 discusses how you can install Xenocara from tarballs found on the 4.3-
release CD set:

As far as I am aware, nothing is ever deleted from CVS once checked in; this may be what you have found confusing...
