Are you sure you need NAT?

If you need those two networks be able to communicate with each other you don't need NAT at all.
You can do that with routing and the needed pf.conf tweaks to permit those two networks to communicate.
You don't need to be a genius to debug a pf.conf firewall ruleset, you just need the guts to run tcpdump
