I've noticed concentration/focus issues somewhat myself when digging into lengthy texts these days. Back before work overloaded, I used to read upwards of 50~100 pages every day like nothing at all, but after a while it got much harder then parsing a several hundred web pages a day. (Without breaks ofc. for either!)
The best solution I've found over the years, is to just sit down, and just read a real book every now and then :-).
Most likely this kind of stuff will be a bigger issue for later generations, the ones who will think of cell phones like some of us think of an Atari.
