Just a small update for those having DRM issue with latest OpenBSD snapshots. I've been playing with 4.4 snapshots for quite some now and thou "inteldrm" was enabled in my kernel 3D acceleration never seemed to work. I had some free time yesterday so I messed around FreeBSD 7.0 on my laptop. When I wanted to install "xorg-drivers" and checked option "i810" I got a message that the driver I want to install is broken. So I had to use "intel" driver in my xorg.conf. Then I realized my OpenBSD mistake. I reinstalled OpenBSD 4.4 snapshot from 16.10.2008. This time "inteldrm" was enabled in kernel by default. I reconfigured XOrg and changed "i810" that was set by X -configure to "intel". Voila! 3D is working like a charm.
