As stated, licensing prevents distribution of a binary, so you will need to:
- Study Section 15.3 of the FAQ.
- Download the ports tree as described in Section 15.3.2. Be sure to download the version of the ports tree precisely described in this section. Mixing different versions is not supported.
- Section 15.3.5 describes how to build. Unrar can be found in /usr/ports/archivers/unrar.
