Actually it is the stable code base. A project used to need Mozilla's blessing to use a Mozilla trademark.
NetBSD pkgsrc still reflects a lack of the Mozilla Foundations blessing.

If you are willing to grind out your own Firefox via pkgsrc, you can opt for Official Branding although the license terms say it is for personal use only and not to be redistributed.

If you are going to try to build anything greater than firefox52, the rust package is a dependency. devel/rust is a long compile that only succeeds in NetBSD 8.* in the x86_64 port.

You've been posting alot of NetBSD issues which are known problems that few have answers for. My advice is that NetBSD is for those who are looking to test their troubleshooting skills.
