I just wanted to find out if anyone had any advice. I'll be installing this on a Thinkpad T61 with Intel x3100 graphics and the Intel 3945 wireless. Looking forward to having fun with this. I'll try to remember to RTFM before posting too many stupid questions in here.
I've installed NetBSD on my ThinkPad T61 -- and it is all working (well, about 99%).

You'll might want to use 5.0 Beta if you want the most functionality out of it -- as there have been great improvements since 4.0, such as working Function keys, azalia (sound) driver (though this still isn't perfect), wireless compiled in, etc.
