The DNS check at squish.net gives the following report for a "A" record query :

25.0% of queries will end in failure at 184.171.243.14 (ns1.techserverdns.com) - returned REFUSED code

25.0% of queries will end in failure at 209.119.116.35 (ns4.techserverdns.com) - query timed out
25.0% of queries will be returned by 209.119.116.32 (ns2.techserverdns.com)
	comforthost.net.	14400	IN	A	209.119.116.39
25.0% of queries will be returned by 209.119.116.38 (ns3.techserverdns.com)
	comforthost.net.	14400	IN	A	209.119.116.39
So 50% of the nameserver queries fail
