Agreed for sure. It seems in these parts the cable cord-cutters are now
more than 5%. Of course, cord-cutting isn't necessary to consume bandwidth, a netflix subscription will do that and I suspect there are many times 5% with those kind of subscriptions (most still with conventional tv too).
