Is there a ums0 device being loaded at boot? (hint: dmesg )

On my new machine, I had to go into the BIOS and disable Legacy USB Support to get my mouse to be detected on boot. Otherwise, it would only work if I unplugged/plugged it in while the machine was running.

Don't ask me why it worked, I just read it in a forum post by a guy who had no idea why it worked . I've got an old USB Logitech mouse, and an ASUS P5K SE motherboard FYI.

Note that once in a blue moon my mouse still wigs out, and then I have to replug it. A bit annoying, but it's infrequent enough that it doesn't bother me
