Same here, mandatory clean up every once in a while, I recently removed two additional FANs (front and rear), cause the temperatures are low anyway (Intel e6320 33C idle/ 43C load), so currently I have only a 90x90 FAN on CPU (rotates slowly) and a 120x120 fan in PSU (rotates even slower). The dust level is little smaller after removing additional FANs.

The best would propably be to have fanless system ...
