Resolved with ports tree rollback to *default date=2009.01.10.00.00.00
pkg_deinstall -f
for perl and all related ports (pr-5\*, postfix, mailscanner)
and recompile everything
after perl update run perl-after-update
and pkgdb -F
now mailscanner works again
still wont work pop-before-smtp
