I am trying to run OpenVPN but I keep getting an error saying the TLS handshake failed. (I can connect with no problems to the same servers using OpenVPN on my other non-OpenBSD machines)

Is this a PF/firewall issue?
I am currently reading Absolute OpenBSD (and plan to read the book of PF after) but haven't gotten to the PF/firewall stuff yet.
