You probably ended up deinstalling most of your ports with that command. You can see which ports are still installed with the following command:
$ pkg_info
It would help if you posted the output of that here.
For the future, if you want to deinstall a package, either use the
pkg_delete command or change to the specific port directory and run make deinstall (e.g.: $ cd /usr/ports/devel/linux-glib2 && make deinstall).
