In a recent topic, the dmesg you posted for your laptop showed that the integrated camera is supported.. it is a USB UVC device.

You can use utilities in ports that support the V4L2 API.. many do.

The first "not configured" device is something related to the integrated Intel video, something that's exposed on the PCI bus isn't needed by OpenBSD.

The last two devices are related to 2 Intel specification that aims to be a replacement for SMBIOS, for controlling various embedded devices in a more standardized way.. fan speeds, etc... HECI and AMT.

None of these are anything to worry about, they are not supported by OpenBSD.
