i think you also told me at one time that
ZFS is being ported to FreeBSD.

You see i am having a little problem.
i have created UFS Solaris2 NFS on 3 drives
They mount perfectly on Open Solaris.

But i would like to have access to them anytime i
log into FreeBSD or Windows Vista with UFS Explorer.

Read only on Vista and R+W on BSD

i was unable to see these Drives with the
trial version of UFS Explorer
and unable to mount them on FreeBSD.

i can only imagine if it were the other way around
and i created the UFS from BSD.

Would Vista UFS Explorer be able to see those Drives
and or would Open Solaris be able to mount them.

It does get all to confusing.but i feel safe that
i dont do any more accidental formats when
they use to be NTFS Drives using Vista.
